I often compare Virginia Tech to Hogwarts, especially when it snows.
The University of Newcastle really reminds me of a jungle. Seriously. I feel like I'm in the middle of a jungle or something when I walk to class.
Also, my unit at International House is amazing. IH is composed of 12 blocks. I'm in block 8, on the top floor (3rd floor) so I'm in unit 830. Which is the best unit at IH. 830 has a balcony that is really good for creeping. And I have a room to myself. Everyone at college has a room to themselves, but it's a bit of a novelty for me.
The first picture is our balcony.. which is awesome. It's really nice to sit out there in the morning and read a book. The next two pictures are views from my room. As you can tell from what I can see.. my room is awesome. What's not awesome about my room: the birds that wake me up every morning beween 63o am and 730 am. Bleh. The next picture is my hallway.. the first door on the right is Jock's, the next is Clint's then Jarrods, across from Jarrod is my RA Kylie, then me, then the bathroom. It's a good hall. We're pretty awesome. And then the final picture is my food cubby. IH is semi self catered so we get dinners Mon-Fri, but we have to make the rest of the meals ourself. But it's good. I just went to the shops for food so I have heaps of good stuff to eat :]
